During the CES 2011, Maestro has wowed with their Pinetrail tablet in which you can do a triple boot of Meego, Windows7 and Android. Together with its added features the Maestro Oaktrail boasts of the same triple boot and added extras. It makes reviewing the tablet all the more precious. One, it is 10.1 inches and uses an Atom Z670 processor. What makes it unique is the built in kick stand plus there is a magnetic cover with keyboard included. How could you not resist this tablet with a portable keyboard ready for you to use and enjoy. Another thing with the Oaktrail is that if it is booted up to Windows 7, when the magnetic closures are snapped close, the tablet will go to sleep mode.

The size and dimension of Oaktrail is around the same size as the first generation iPad. It is quite heavier but the nifty addition, the keyboard is an additional weight but we don’t mind that at all. It uses a 32GB SSD with a 2GB RAM. It also has the regular features like 3G, WiFi, USB, HDMI port and Micro SD slots. It also has an audio jack and stereo speakers. For other additional features, the Oaktrail has GPS, AGPS on the 3G version and it also features an accelerometer.

When you boot to the Windows 7 OS, there is a customized interface introduced. There are 5 panels and each panel will can contain applications and tasks. According to the company, on Windows 7 the battery life of Oaktrail can be at 100%. Of course, all we go to do is hope that the features are an actually true as well as the features. It would be interesting how the triple boot system works but the keyboard itself is a great reason to get into buying.
