Thinix Touch UI is a custom interface for the Windows 7 that tries to make everything a bit more finger-friendly. Priced at whopping 50 dollars for a single-user license, the Touch UI is compatible with convertible netbooks, tablets and embedded apps.
Note that in single-user/personal license, you would not get any support or Maintenance. One year of service and support brings the price up to $99.99 for home users and $199.99 for businesses. [link]
