Firefox browser for Android
New Firefox browser for Android was tested on the Motorola Xoom and Samsung Galaxy Tab by GigaOm. Speed test amazingly showed great improvement in Mozilla. As you can see in this diagram below. Firefox had in both tablets smaller result e.i. shorter responds time. SunSpider measures JavaScript which in browsers. JavaScript enables browsers to function. The faster the responds are the faster the browser and all its functionality. Browser email for example can also be affected by JavaScript.
As you can see Galaxy Tab can really speed up by using Firefox rather than Chrome.

Galaxy Tab: 5850.2 ms in Chrome, 2697.6 ms in Firefox
Motorola Xoom: 2119.4 ms in Chrome, 1787.8 ms in Firefox
