Samsung 2GB 30nm DDR3 RAM hits production
Samsung Electronics have announced that starting today, the company will commence mass production of the first 2GB Green DDR3 using the 30nm class process technology. According to Samsung, these chips provide the best performance compared to similar products in the industry.
Samsung also claims that these new 30nm DDR3 outclass the existing 50nm-class DDR3 by 20 percent when it comes to power-saving. By the end of this year, Samsug will make the 4GB and 8GB modules available by the end of this year
