Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 features
The company has been showing off the upcoming Galaxy Tab 10.1 for quite some time now and while some are underwhelming and limited, there are others that offer really good insights to the said tablet from Samsung. Android HD prepared a video for all of us to see in detail, the features of the Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 and how it has improved compared to its cousin. At first glance, you might have a bit of a Motorola Xoom in the design. This should not be a big deal since both are using the Android 3.0 Honeycomb. It has a 10.1 inch screen boasting of 1280×800 pixel resolution, 2 cameras and the NVIDIA Tegra 2 processor for a Z processing power.
The video that Android HD presented shows the various apps that are not present or does not work well on the iPad, Google Maps, Google Goggles as well as YouTube. It also has a home screen you can customize with icons, widgets and other stuff. There is also a part of the video where it shows video calling but the quality of the video is garbled by network congestion, not necessarily the camera itself. If you are planning to get a new Samsung tablet, then you might want to see the video. There are not much unique things happening but it does look quite promising.
Here is that Samsung Galaxy Tab 10.1 video:
