A new Android 2.2 tablet is to be released in June. It’s a 7-inch ereader run by ARM Cortex-A 1GHz processor. It has 4GB of storage and 512MB of RAM. The eBook is only 0.43 inches thin and weighs only 15OZ. Price of $279 is not bad either.
