Lenovo X100e Thinkpad quick review
Lenovo X100e is a different crop. It is not a netbook as it packs in a much more powerful processor. It is too small to be called as a notebook. It lies somewhere between them; power of a notebook and portability of a netbook.
Its matte lid is something sent by God for those who just cannot stand glossy lids for a second. The Thinkpad X100e comes with a 11.6-inch display and sports a resolution of 1366×768. It is powered by AMD Neo MV-40 processor and runs Windows 7 Home Premium. XP option is also available.
Comes with a gratifying chiclet keyboard that is now being used in more and more netbooks, also seen in the premium Sony Vaio X netbook as-well-as Sony Vaio P

Just like the Sony Vaio P, it uses trackpoint to control mouse movements. Some people swear by the trackpoint and find it as a much more easier way to control the mouse movements.

Its 6-cell battery offer good runtimes, but don’t expect it to run for 8 or 10 hour straight like the Asus Eee 1005PE that is powered by an Atom N450 Pine Trail CPU. Still, you will be able to get nearly 4-4.5 hours of runtime depending upon your usage.
