While laptops are more comfortable to use when sitting at a table, when we move, or when we are in bed, tablets are much more comfortable as they are smaller and more manageable. Therefore, some manufacturers have decided to bet on convertible models that can easily become a tablet or a laptop as per needs of user. In this market, Lenovo has been the best one to adapt, specifically within its “Yoga” range.

Lenovo Yoga is a series of 2-in-1 convertible laptops that offer users the benefits of a laptop and a tablet, and can easily convert from one to another. Unlike other convertible models, which allow to separate the keyboard screen, the Lenovo Yoga range offers hinges that allow the screen to rotate up to 360 degrees, thus being able to place it behind the screen to easily convert it into a tablet, and, in case you want to use this keyboard, just turn it back into a normal laptop in couple of seconds.

We had the opportunity to review the 2 in 1 Lenovo Yoga 730 convertible tablet/laptop, the latest and most amazing model by this manufacturer.

Lenovo has taken special care while making the convertible Lenovo Yoga 730 tablet. This model has the latest generation of high-end hardware, for example, its Intel Coffee Lake processor (we can even find a model with a processor i7), in addition to its 8 GB of RAM to be able to run any application without problems, a PCIe SSD that will give us speeds above 3000 MB/s of reading (thus ending the bottleneck of SATA SSDs) and an NVIDIA GTX 1050 graphics card that, although it is not able to run games at maximum quality, it’s perfectly served us to play undemanding gaming titles and to use any drawing or design application that uses the GPU.

The screen is also one of the strengths of this convertible tablet. In addition to its high quality and sharpness, we can either go for the cheaper FHD 1080p or UHD 4K model. Either resolution could run without problem with ease thanks to the hardware of this tablet.

The Lenovo Yoga 730 also includes the Lenovo Active Pen 2 pencil, a perfect active pencil to take notes or draw on the screen of this convertible. Other noteworthy details of this range of laptops are its JBL speakers compatible with Dolby Atmos and its Wi-Fi AC 5 Ghz, two perfect features that give even more value to this 2-in-1 notebook.
