Property prices in Dubai fall sharply due to Iranian attack

A developer has built a website that is tracking prices of more than 16000 properties in Dubai. All this is being done in real time, and the first glance at the portal shows a whopping 12.5-percent drop on a villa and nearly half million dollar discount on a penthouse.

Website is called panicselling.xyz and this was made to help people track drops on recent strong drop in property prices in Dubai due to Iran’s attack.

Prices are converted from AED to USD for better understanding. But, there is an option to show in AED as well if that is what you prefer.

Built openly by the X poster mattdorta with a clean, functional dashboard—no scam signs, disclaimers needed, or shady elements. Data seems pulled from public real estate databases.

It shows specific properties like The Acres villas with %/$ changes and direct links to originals. One real estate agent said that market prices have already declined, but not all listings reflect the current reality, as some owners are still quoting high.

We area all waiting for the developer to add cheaper properties as currently most properties are in 5-million plus AED range.
