Allgo 50 dollar Tablet
Folks at Allgo have designed a prototype that they claim can be build for mere 150 dollars and that too without requiring the government to subsisize it. While the quality of a 50 dollar tablet is nothing, but questionable, I still applaud their ability to offer an Android tablet for such a low price tag. According to Silicon India, they will be able to churn-out 10,000 tablets at 50 dollar per unit.
