MiniForum has churned out a Windows tablet with large 14” display that doubles as a computer monitor. Called the MinisForum V3, the company has equipped it with AMD Ryzen 7 8840U processor, and comes with a detachable keyboard.
What makes this tablet so interesting is its VLink USB Type-C port that is dedicated for DisplayPort Alt Mode input, allowing the user to use it as an external monitor. This is an extremely useful, yet underrated feature.
Many of us carry a tablet with us and wish to use it as an external display. While there are wireless solutions available, most of them offer laggy experience. This one, being wired, should offer stellar, lag-free experience.
