Ultraportable laptops from Gigabyte
Mini laptops with 10-12 inch displays have been the main offering of Gigabyte for the past few years and they have also included some tablet style laptops that are touch enabled. The prices of Gigabyte mini laptops tend to be on the higher end since they are filled with so many performance features. It comes to no surprise that the company aims to cook up even more powerful laptops this summer with the use of the Sandy Bridge Chips from Intel. According to sources, Gigabyte will be revealing new laptops that are tablet convertible that range from 10 to 11.6 inches for the screens. These laptops will be first seen in June at the Computex Trade Show. The Core i3 and i5 will be used that are based on the Sandy Beach platform. The platform offers high performance processing as well as integrated graphics so they will definitely be a lot more powerful than the one that Gigabyte is offering right now. Most models they offer use the Atom processor. It might not have the best battery saving features like the Atom but for those performance hungry tech lovers, the Sandy Beach will definitely make your computing at the Gigabyte a lot more enjoyable and snappy.
