		<description>Its unfortunate. The OQO to me was an integral part of my Sales business.
I found in USA staff with honest responses and overwhelming tasks.
Service is dissapointing but let&#039;s hope they get the backup needed prior to the 02 plus. I never suffered any battery and or hardware issues. My stupidity was I dropped mine and although I had it in the steel cage it was just to banged up.

If I did not drop mine I would be peachy with it and I would upgrade.

Right now I am 2 months into waiting for my OQO to be repaired, I can&#039;t get a status of the repairs, and keep getting the same answer when I talk to their repair folks- it will be 3 to 5 more weeks.  If true that will put the time for repairs into the 1/4 year range....</description>

		<description>Don&#039;t buy the OQO if you excepting customer service as if you buy a laptop or PDA. This company customer service is sucks. There is also many reports of defects with the processor, power supply and the batter I have returned mine for refund but I have not received my money yet. I&#039;ll file complain if don&#039;t receive my money within 30days. Most likely they can not survive if continue business like this. I use to have Samsung Q1 and loved the unit and the customer service but buying OQO was a bad choice. Look for other similar products.</description>
