Reason is simple: Netbooks are meant to be cheap and BMW cars are not cheap at all.</p><p>A Chinese manufacture is now selling a BMW branded netbook that comes with very plain netbook specs:</p><ul><li>Intel Atom N270 processor</li><li>10.2-inch screen</li><li>160GB HDD</li><li>1GB RAM</li><li>Intel 945GSE chipset and integrated GMA 950 graphics</li></ul><p>A big question that comes to my mind regarding the BMW netbook is that it could be fake. Why? Everything is so netbook-ish about this netbook. I would expect BMW netbook to be equipped with huge RAM and storage capacity.
