He took the machine to the Best Buy under the Geek Squad’s Black Tie Protection plan and explained the staff there the problems he was facing.Now, here comes the interesting part. The manager informed him that by installing Ubuntu Linux voided his warranty and it could be serviced only if the original Windows was installed on it. He went ahead and insisted that the problem occurred by using Linux.
