MSI Wind Pad gets pictured (U100/U110)
The upcoming Wind Pad from MSI will be able to cater to the needs of Android as-well-as to the Windows users. The Wind Pad will be available in two models – 100 and 110, both of which will feature 10-inch multi-touch displays with different processors and operating systems. Wind Pad 100 will be running the full Windows 7 tablet and powered by the Atom Z530 1.66GHz processor, and aided by 2GB RAM and 32GB SSD.This model has reached design maturity and is looking pretty good sitting in its dock.
On the other hand, the Wind Pad 110 will have the Nvidia Tegra 250 processor. It will run Google Android OS and would be able to run 1080p videos like a duck’s soup. There will be built-in HDMI out, webcam and 2x USB 2.0 ports, and swappable back plates. Expected prices are $500 and $400 for the Wind Pad 100 and 110 respectively
