Psystar get injuction by Apple

Psystar is the company that somehow had the atrocity of selling computers including laptops and desktops loaded with Apple’s copyrighted Mac OS X software.

Apple filed litigation against the Psystar and finally Psystar has been ordered to shut down its factory that has been churning out computers loaded with Mac OS X software. Psystar is now banned from copying, selling or creating derivative works of the Mac OS X.

They have been ordered to comply with their guidelines by December 31 2009
