Acer Aspire 532H images

The Acer Aspire 532h is the latest Atom powered netbook by Acer. Acer AO532h has an Atom N450 CPU (1.66GHz) that is based on the latest pine trail platform. Interestingly, it packs in a higher resolution 10.1-inch screen – 1280×768, something which is not-so-common in the world of netbooks.

Other specs include: 160GB/250GB hard disk, 1GB RAM, WiFi, Bluetooth. Runs Windows 7 Starter.

The only gripe we see is the use of 3-cell battery. Let’s hope they offer a 6-cell version of Aspire 532H because 3-cell won’t be giving more than 2-2.5 hours in any case.

More tasty pictures of Samsung N220 – dressed in Red

Yesterday, we posted about the Samsung N220, one of the first Samsung Netbooks to come with Atom N450 Pine trail processor. This time, it has been spotted dressed in a bitchy red color.

Expected to arrive in the mid of January 2010, it will be priced at 349-399 Euros.

Some more pictures of Samsung ION Based N510 netbook

Just yesterday, we mentioned about this upcoming unit from Samsung, the Samsung N510. UberGizmo has been able to capture some live photos of this netbook. Unlike other 11-inch netbooks, it will come with 11.1 inch display instead of an 11.6 inch screen. It is equipped with 160GB HDD, 1GB of RAM and will be launched in US at a price of $600.

Oh and the keyboard looks really nice for touch typing!

Dell Mini 10 gets dissected

Dell has published several illustration photos with description of how to disassemble the Dell Mini 10 and gain access to the HDD, CPU and Wireless card. Please note that you will have to take keyboard out in order to get your hands on the aforementioned items. And by removing the trackpad assembly, you can even add TV tuner to the unit. Unfortunately, you cannot upgrade the RAM as it soldered to the unit.
