Samsung NC10 3G Mod – You will loose WiFi though
Basso, a geek has done a 3G mod to his Samsung NC10. However, to do that, you will need to swap the WiFi card with the 3G card. Here are the steps to do it:
- find a modem that comes in the shape of PCI Express Mini card
- swap the wifi card with 3G card
- if you need wifi, you will need to buy yourself a USB wifi dongle.

Kohjinsha rolls out SK3 UMPC – replaces the SC3 UMPC
Kohjinsha has launched a new 7-inch convertible tablet PC, Kohjinsha SK3. It comes with Atom Z520 1.3GHz processor and dual camera. You will also find GPS, SD card slot, PCI Express card slot, VGA-out and LAN connection on this unit. Windows 7 will be supported once it is out.

Stone announces Neo 101 netbook
The Stone Neo 101 will join the netbook family with the usual netbook-ish specifications even though being priced at a high £275 (about $400). It will be available in UK, from 1st May, with an unusual three-year warranty. Its features include:
- 10.1-inch widescreen display
- 1,024 x 600 resolution
- optional internal 3G
- a pair of USB ports
- 34mm PCI-Express Card expansion
