Acer Aspire D250 Clone
Here is a Acer AOD250 netbook clone, called the S30 by Dai Rui, its manufacture. The most interesting thing about the S30 are its specs which are better than the original D250 itself. It comes with Atom N450 processor, 1GB RAM, 2.5-inch HDD, Wi-Fi, USB ports and costs just 120 dollars. There is no mention of the OS it runs.
On the other hand, the real one comes with Atom N280 processor (now obsolete), 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, Wi-Fi, 3x USB 2.0 ports and runs Windows XP Home SP3 OS. The Acer D250 retails for ~250-350 dollars.
iiView A2 MacBook Air Clone to be released in US – costs $489
Back in the month of July, we mentioned about iiView A2, which is being touted as the MacBook Air clone. Good news is that it is now coming to US and will cost you $489.
It comes with an Atom N270 processor, 2GB RAM, Intel 945SE Chipset, 12.1” 1280 x 800 Display, 802.11b/g Wi-Fi, 320GB HDD, 2x USB, mini-HDMI port and standard audio jacks. It is powered by a 6-Cell battery.
It will go on sale on the 22nd October as it runs Windows 7
Meet ASUS EEE clone – has better keyboard, better processor
Now, who would have thought that a day would come that the netbook clones will get better than the original ones? Well, netbook manufactures at shanzai shall never be under-estimated. Their EEE 1002HA clone has VIA NANO CPU which is more powerful than the Atom N270 CPU which the EEE 1002HA comes with. The VIA NANO runs at a clock speed of 1.3GHz. VIA’s new VX855 chipset allows one to enjoy 1080p videos on the tiny 10-inch screen of this cloned netbook and that too with jus 20-30% CPU utilization.
Other than that, this cloned netbook has 3USB 2.0 ports, LAN, microphone and headset jack.
Szmovi P610 – HP Mini 1000 clone
It seems that there is a need to make website on clone netbooks and smartbooks, because every now and then we get acquainted with the different replicas and clones of various netbooks. The Szmovi P610 10.1-inch netbook looks exactly like the HP Mini 1000.
With a price tag of $352, it comes with an Intel Atom N270 processor, 1GB RAM, integrated 3G and a 320GB HDD and 1.3MP webcam. Even the display resolution is same: 1024×576. However, with a smaller capacity battery (2-cell), do not expect it even cross 1.5 hours.
Golden Netbook by Caszh – Another cloned material or fake bling?
This is yet another netbook which should be added in the row of cloned netbooks/laptops. Caszh CA-L11A, a golden colored 11.6-inch netbook that sports a surprisingly well designed chiclet keyboard. It even features 1366×768 resolution on its 11.6-inch display. Other than that, it has fairly basic netbooks specs: Intel Atom N270 processor, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD etc.
Price: under $200! We are very sure that no netbook manufacture can beat that price
Upon close investigation, we were able to make out that this Caszh netbook has the exact same keyboard as found in Macbook Air.
