Shenzhen manufacturer, Phecda launches 3 CULV based netbooks

Phecda from Shenzhen has launch 3 netbooks that use CULV processors: Phecda P10, Phecda P11 and Phecda P12. All of them sport almost the same features. All of them measure 292 x 225 x 31.6mm and weighs 1.76kg. All have 12.1-inch TFT WXGA display, Intel GL40 + ICH9M Chipset, integrated GMA X4500 graphics, 160GB hard drive, 1GB RAM. Wireless LAN is built-in. It comes with 6-cell 4400mAh Lithium battery which runs pto 2-3 hours. It can run Windows XP/Vista/7 or Linux.

• Phecda P10: Celeron Dual core T1600 (2.0GHz, L2 cache 1MB, front bus 667MHz)
• Phecda P11: Pentium Dual core T4200 (2.0GHz, L2 cache 1MB, front bus 800MHz)

iTTD introduces two new CULV notebooks

As we can easily observe, now many big brands are rolling out CULV based notebooks. And now, its shanzhai players directed to the same route. iTTD has rolled out couple of CULV notebooks which will soon hit the (Chinese) market.

To start with, there is an 11.6-inch device equipped with single core Celeron 743 processor inside an ABS plastic shell with an Apple-like chiclet keyboard. It features 11.6-inch screen with 1366×768 display, has Celeron 743 CULV Processor, Intel GS45 + ICH9MS Chipset, integrated GMA X4500 Graphics, 2GB RAM and 250 GB hard disk. It comes with 3300mAh polymer battery.

The next one is a higher-end 13.3-inch notebook that is equipped with dual-core SU2300 processor and aluminum shell. This one features 13.3-inch display; 1280×800 resolution, Intel GS45 + ICH9MS Chipset, 1MB cache, integrated GMA X4500 Graphics, 2GB memory, 250GB hard disk and 4700mAh Lithium battery.

Nothing is yet known about its pricing.

Caszh brings out its 12-inch netbook

Caszh has uncovered its new 12 inch netbook, the CA-L12A. This atom powered netbook will soon be available in the Chinese market in few days. The netbook has an 12.1-inch display with 1366 × 768 resolution and is equipped with Intel Atom N280 CPU that runs at 1.66GHz. It has 1GB RAM, 160GB hard drive, card reader, Ethernet, audio, Wi-Fi and 3G module. The battery is pretty low in terms of capacity: 3-cell 2200mAh lithium battery that will barely last 2 hours. It will be available in white, blue and black color.

It is pity that these local Chinese companies are churning out netbooks with perfect keyboards. This one even sports a full size right shift key!
