Jinbo MID unboxing

Remember the Jinbo MID, touted as the smallest laptop? Well, here is the unboxing of this little MID. Granted, it is not the most good looking MID out there, but it still packs a lot of punch. Unlike most of MIDs that use ARM-based processor, it runs Atom CPU which is fully x86 compatible.

Companies that make MIDs (Mobile Internet Devices) always keep on trying to make these devices smaller and smaller so that they can easily fit in a pocket. Now, meet the Jinbo MID, which sports an Atom Z510 processor, equipped with 128MB integrated graphics (US15W), 1GB RAM and 16GB SSD. It has a 5-inch display and runs Windows XP Professional for some odd reason. It also has built in WiFi (b/g), 3G module Bluetooth, 2 USB 2.0 ports, micro-SD reader, 0.3MP webcam, earphone jack and weighs just 350gm.

Jinbo claims that this little wonder can run for 3 hours on a single charge.
