Apple iSlate will be excellent at Gaming

Some more exiting details about the upcoming iSlate. The iSlate will be an 10-inch tablet that will sport at least 800×640 resolution and will deploy the use of much more muscular processor than the Cortex A9 that is being used in the iPhone 3Gs and iPod Touch 3G.

According to tech.163 (Chinese), this upcoming flat-panel machine will run iPhone 4.0 and will have multi-touch capabilities. Now, the most interesting part – it will have controls and joystick for playing games. Since it will be running iPhone 4.0, it will have support for multiplayer gaming. Apple is rumored to have teamed-up with the Electronic Arts to come up with a game especially made for the iSlate.

This is getting very interesting. Apple will be shipping its iSlate tablet, that will be unveiled on January 26, 2010 in the month of March 2010. This is one whole month before the Lenovo Smartbook.

Smartbook versus the iSlate Tablet – who will win the battle? Only time will tell.

Apple is going to unveil its first tablet-only device on January 26, 2010. The iSlate will cost less than $1000 and feature an 10.1-inch multi touch display, 3D graphics and support for video conferencing and eBooks.

Apple is planning to sell almost a million devices in the first year itself!

The much talked and hyped Apple’s 10-inch multi-touch tablet, named as iSlate will be shipping in end of March or early April 2010.

The iSlate, manufactured by Foxconn, isn’t going to be cheap. Apple, however, doesn’t seem too worried about that at the moment, but we will have to wait and see what happens.
