Thin Adamo XPS launched by Dell

Adamo XPS, an 13-incher just 9.9mm thick is the thinnest notebook in the market. Sporting very smart and stylish looks and costing $1799, this is something you will love to flaunt around.

The Adamo XPS has a Intel Core 2 Duo processor that runs at 1.4GHz, GS45 chipset, 4GB of DDR3 and a 128GB SSD. No matter how nice it looks, the biggest question is: will its design allow the user to use it on his lap?

Lenovo Ideapad U150 noticed at CEATEC Japan – a CULV netbook from Lenovo

At CEATEC Japan, Lenovo was displaying an 11.6-inch Lenovo Ideapad U150 that is sports a bit beefier specs than the usual netbooks that we mention everyday. Instead of the usual Atom,it uses an Intel Core 2 Duo processor (according to PCwatch, it is ultra low voltage). It has 250GB hard disk, 2GB RAM, Intel GMA X4500 graphic chipset. Weighing just 1.35kg and being just 13.5mm thick, it should be pretty darn easy to carry around. It has full size keyboard and has decent-size touchpad.

It has some luxuries that you do not see in a usual netbook like leather palm rest and patterns all over its body.
