HP Pavilion dm1 CULV soon to make its debut
Attractive, affordable and stylish: These are the words that best describe the HP Pavilion dm1 CULV notebook/netbook. It is an 11.6-inch ultraportable based on Intel CULV chips and will soon be launched by HP. Nothing with surety can be said about its specs but one version will be based Intel’s cheapest dual-core low voltage CPU, the 1.2GHz SU2300 and will ship in couple of SKUs, with either 2GB or 3GB of memory and 250GB or 320GB of hard disk. Prices start at €450.
It will have HDMI out, 3 USB ports, WiFi b/g/n, Bluetooth, 289 x 204 x 19,8 – 30, 6mm body, 1.39kg weight and has 6-cell battery. Clearly, it is a direct competitor to the immensely popular TimeLine 1410/1810T (read its review)

HP Pavilion DM1 – based on CULV platform
The 11.6-inch HP Pavilion DM1 has made its appearance in the HP’s (leaked) Winter catalog. Having 1366 x 768 resolution on its 11.6-inch display and battery life rated at up to 9 hours, this netbook/mini-notebook offers excellent combination of battery life without sacrificing too much on performance. It will be available with Windows 7 Home Premium. Color choice: Black or white
