Tip for Firefox 3.5+ users: Hide the Tab bar when only one tab is opened

Many of us upgraded to the Firefox 3.5 immediately when it was released. Although the new version bought a lot of speed and security improvements, it also made the tab bar ‘permanently’ visible even though only tab was in use. This might not have affected the netbook users with high screen resolutions (like VAIO P), but it certainly bugged me a lot on my EEE 1000H and even more on my EEE 701, which comes with just 800 x 480 pixel screen.

Upgrading ASUS EEE S101′s RAM = Easy as Pie!

Just like the other EEE PCs, the RAM upgrade is easy as pie. Although, I should make it clear that there is no user-friendly way of upgrading the SSD.

Anyway, here are the steps on how to upgrade the RAM

1. Place the device upside down on the table.
2. Unscrew the two screws using Phillips screw driver. You will find the RAM to the left. Gently push the holders in opposite directions and pull the RAM out.
