Shenzhen manufacturer, Phecda launches 3 CULV based netbooks
Phecda from Shenzhen has launch 3 netbooks that use CULV processors: Phecda P10, Phecda P11 and Phecda P12. All of them sport almost the same features. All of them measure 292 x 225 x 31.6mm and weighs 1.76kg. All have 12.1-inch TFT WXGA display, Intel GL40 + ICH9M Chipset, integrated GMA X4500 graphics, 160GB hard drive, 1GB RAM. Wireless LAN is built-in. It comes with 6-cell 4400mAh Lithium battery which runs pto 2-3 hours. It can run Windows XP/Vista/7 or Linux.

New Giada Slim N10 nettop weighs just 0.5kg (1.15 pounds) and is equipped with an Atom 330 processor as well as NVIDIA ION graphics, up to 4GB memory and a 2.5-inch hard drive.
Ports: It has total of 5 USB ports, HDMI output, eSATA and VGA ports, an Ethernet jack as-well-as mic and headphone jacks. No information regarding its dimensions. There are chances that a PC makers might sell it with a different brand name as chances of this slim beauty coming to to US are pretty slim.

LG launches 13-inch CULV notebook
LG has finally jumped into the arena of CULV notebooks. Its first thin-and-light CULV notebook is based on Intel’s SU7300 processor and is just 25mm thick. It weighs 1.89kg, but then it is not a netbook and much bigger frame than a conventional nebtook. It has 4GB of DDR2 RAM, Intel GMA 4500MHD graphics, 500GB hard drive and runs Windows 7 home premium.
It has a huge 8-cell battery, which LG claims will give you 10 hours of battery run time. Nothing is known about its pricing.

A Netbook with a RISC (Reduced Instruction Set Computer)? Yes, this netbook by MenQ uses a RISC CPU. The model name, Easy PC E102 has an 10.2 inch, 1024 x 600 pixel display, a 4GB SSD or 160GB hard drive, 256MB to 1GB of RAM, WiFi (b/g), 3 USB ports, Ethernet, headphone and mic jacks, S/PDIF, a 1.3MP webcam and a flash card reader. With 3 cell battery that should provide up to 4 hours of run time.
Its keyboard looks exactly like the one found in HP Mini 1000. Even touchpad is similar. MenQ’s site mentions that is able to run the “powerful Windows XP”. This means that the RISC CPU is infact, x86 compatible.
