Tip for Firefox 3.5+ users: Hide the Tab bar when only one tab is opened

Many of us upgraded to the Firefox 3.5 immediately when it was released. Although the new version bought a lot of speed and security improvements, it also made the tab bar ‘permanently’ visible even though only tab was in use. This might not have affected the netbook users with high screen resolutions (like VAIO P), but it certainly bugged me a lot on my EEE 1000H and even more on my EEE 701, which comes with just 800 x 480 pixel screen.

Firefox 3.5 now official

Just a quick update that Mozilla has made the Firefox 3.5 official and I have it now running on all of my netbooks. So far, no crashes.
