Everex RIP – Another one bites the dust

It has been nearly 2 years since Everex released Cloudbook. Everex was one of the first companies that jumped into the netbook business. The Everex Cloudbook ran Ubuntu, but was criticized for its sub-par performance, small keyboard and WVGA display (800×480).

Due to the aforementioned reasons, the Everex Cloudbook was never able to achieve handsome sales and finally, they are out of business.

We regret to inform you that Everex is no longer in business. We have closed our operations and are in the process of liquidation of all our assets.
