Adjust Aero Peek’s display Time in Windows 7
Wanted to adjust the time duration for which the Aero Peek is displayed? Here is a simple way to do it. Note that it requires registry editing:
- Go to run (ctrl+r)
- type in regedit
- go to HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Advanced
- Double click DesktopLivePreviewHoverTime
- Change the value keeping in mind that the value is in milliseconds. This means that 1000 means 1 second; 500 means 0.5 second and so on
Note: By default, it displays it for 0.5 second.
