Acer LT3000 launched in Japan – same as Acer A0751H

Acer has announced the LT3000 for the Japanese market. It seems to be similar to the A0751H, which was unveiled a couple of days back. It is equipped with an 11.6-inch wide LCD display with 1366×768 resolution. It is powered by Intel Atom Z520 processor running at 1.33GHz clock speed.

It comes with 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, 3 USB 2.0 ports, Wifi b/g, Bluetooth, a 3MP webcam and claims to have 3 hours of battery life.

It weighs just 1.2kg, which is all due to its low capacity battery. Even after using the extremely power-frugal processor like Z520, it is able to get just 3 hours of battery life. Why not just bundle it with 6-cell battery and make this ‘netbook’ really usable. You know that we love that keyboard!
