We were very pleased with the overall design. But, we did not talk about the keyboard in that post.The ASUS has come up with a totally new keyboard, which has not been used in any of the previous generations. The keyboard is not chiclet-type, like the one found in the EEE 1000HE (reviewed here). That said, the keyboard won our hearts design-wise! It has full size right shift key and the keys look pretty much full-laptop sized.IMG_0985But, the moment you start typing on it, you will also start hearing (irritating) noise produced by the keys. This is not an indication for good build quality for sure. Note that we were not hammering the keys. We have used all sorts of netbooks so far.
