Rumors were earlier brewing that the Samsung Galaxy Tab could end-up costing around 1000 dollars, but reports are now in that claim that it will be priced less than the iPad when sold under contract. According to the report, the Tab will cost you less than 300 dollars ($200 after rebate).

It will be interesting to see if the consumers go for the Galaxy Tab instead of iPad.
