Asus T101MT
Asus T101MT can be regarded as the bigger brother of the Asus Eee T91MT tablet. Endowed with the pine trail Atom N450 processor running at 1.66GHz clock speed, this convertible tablet from Asus sports a 10.1-inch display with 1024×600 resolution. What makes this netbook convertible different from the other tablets in the market is its multi-touch feature.
It comes with two OS options – Windows 7 Starter and Home Basic. Although one will miss the snazzy Aero effects in both cases, but that is not something that is hurting us. If you get the T101 with Starter, you won’t be able to enjoy any of the tablet features provided by Windows 7 as they all have been disabled in the Starter edition.
Besides that, the specifications are looking decent – If you go for the Windows 7 Starter model, you will be getting a 160GB hard disk with 1GB RAM (upgradable to 3GB). But, if you go for the higher model that comes with Windows 7 Basic, you will get 2GB RAM and 320GB hard disk. Common features include – WiFi b/g/n and a removable battery with the claimed runtime of 6.5 hours. Not bad at all! [via fudzilla]
