Surface Pro battery

We have been reporting on slow Surface tablet sales lately. Price is high and the brick and mortar retail stores are way too scarce. Yes it is available online, but would you buy a $500 tablet without testing it first?

Reports from Microsoft indicates that due to lower than expected sales production of Windows RT Surface tablet had to be slashed in half.

Speaking of slashing things in half, word is battery of Surface tablet Pro last only half as much as that of Surface windows RT tablet. If Surface battery lasts 10 hours on moderate play, then we shouldn’t expect more than 5 hours on Surface Pro tablet. Full fetched Windows 8 tablet PC… for thousand bucks? Sure, but for if it’s going to last 4 or 5 hours new, i.e. 2 – 3 hours half a year later, I doubt many people will be happy about this.

On a positive note due to lack of sales on Surface RT tablet, Surface Pro tablet PC may come in earlier than expected and for a reduced price.
