Sony Vaio Y (VPCY119FJ/S)
Sony Vaio Y is the latest Vaio from Sony sporting a CULV processor for excellent battery runtimes. The Vaio Y comes with a 13.3-inch display and weighs under 2 kg. Available in only silver color, it packs in 1366×768 pixel display which has excellent color reproduction and saturation.
The Vaio Y is 23.7mm at its thinnest and 32mm at its thickest. Clearly, it not a "Size Zero" netbook like VAIO X. Above the display, you will find a 3.1MP motioneye camera. The Sony Vaio Y runs Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit edition and is powered by the 1.4GHz Core 2 Duo SU9400 processor.
It comes with spacious 4GB RAM (expandable upto 8GB) and huge 500GB hard disk drive. There is no dedicated GPU and features GMA 4500MHD which is just not enough for 3D drawing. That said, it has no problems in playing back your local HD content and H.264 full HD formats.

Other specs include Wi-Fi b/g/n, Bluetooth 2.1, USB 3.0, memory stick and SD card slot. There is an HDMI port too. The keyboard is typical SONY Vaio-type – distinctive isolated keys with a decent-size touchpad which supports multi-touch gestures.
Comes equipped with a 5000mAh battery which gives around 4.5 hours of runtime when in high performance mode.
