HP Notebook Sales
HP notebook sales have gown down faster than the American Idol ratings. According to an online report, HP notebook shipments were able to reach only 2.7 million units, much lower than what the company had expected – 3.4 million units. This is all due to the weak sales in the European continent. HP has sold over 9 million notebook in the Q1 2010 with the combined shipments in April ranging around 3 million. Delayed demand and HP’s shipments will axiomatically result in weaker numbers in the Q3 2010.
