‘Hecatoncheires’ is codename for ATI next generation
AMD has something in mind, something related to its next generation stuff, might be 2010 generation of DirectX 11 hardware. Codenamed after fifty headed gigantic creature in Greek mythology, ‘Hecatoncheires’. It is supposed to have brand new architecture and a updated version of R770.
The other three desktop and three mobile chips are also to be named after such Greek character or in Greek, which to be readied in late 2010.
