PNY is a famous graphics card manufacture, but it also makes other hardware components. Long time ago, PNY used to make laptops but left this field soon. Today, the brand makes its return to this market by launching a laptop for professional users . This is the new PNY PrevailPro P4000, a professional-oriented laptop that boasts a dedicated NVIDIA Quadro P4000 graphics. The PrevailPro P4000 specifications include a 15.6-inch screen and Ultra HD resolution, powered by the aforementioned NVIDIA Quadro P4000 (1792 CUDA Cores, 8 GB GDDR5), an Intel Core i7 7700HQ processor, motherboard with HM175 Express chipset. In its most powerful configuration, PNY PrevailPro P4000 has 32 GB of DDR4 RAM, an M.2 PCIe NVMe SSD of 512 GB and a 2 Tb mechanical disk for storage.
As you can imagine, it is not a laptop for gaming but for work, especially valid for programmers and Auto CAD designers and virtual reality systems, especially for the fact that it supports configurations of four monitors thanks to its multiple outputs. The PNY PrevailPro P4000 has dimensions of 379 x 248 x 18 mm (as usual in a 15.6-inch laptop) and weighs only 2.2 kg. At the moment PNY has not announced when we can see these new gadget in stores or at what price. It is being speculated that you will be able to get it before December.
