Here is an interesting 7 inch tablet that has predispositions to be a 7 inch smartphone. GT70 is really a 3G smartphone. You’d need big pockets (I don’t mean expensive) for it to be a pocket phone, but it is a tablet PC that’s small (118.6×197.8×11.8mm), handy and powerful (600MHz Qualcomm 7227 processor). GT70 is a tablet PC that supports calling and texting over WCDMA and standard 3G networks. GT70 is made of ABS plastic shell. Resolution of 7 inch multi-touch screen is 800×480.

GT70 tablet phone (hmm that’s sounds pretty good… tablet phone!) has SIM card slot, TF card extension slot, USB port and 3.5mm headphone jack and 2 megapixel camera. No word on pricing.
