Nokia Lumia 800

Nokia has married into a new operating system Windows Phone 7 from Microsoft. With over 50% of Windows Phones having received their long awaited Windows Mango Update Nokia is launching their first very own Windows Phone Nokia Lumia 800.

Nokia Lumia 800 has been based on recently released Nokia N9 however, N9 is quite superior to this new Lumia 800. Lumia 800 T-mobile customers will not be able to enjoy AWS support as there is no pentaband 3G. Nokia downgraded RAM of 1GB found in the N9 to just 512MB in Lumia 800. Storage of 64GB in N9 is now just 16GB in Omnia 800. Notification LED is not to be found in 800 and there’s no front-facing cam either.

Nokia Lumia 800 enjoys a solid 1.4GHz Qualcomm processor and adequate 1450mAh battery. AMOLED display is awesome, so Windows Phone Mango tiles appear crisp and bright. Rear facing 8MP camera is same as found on N9 and it’s top notch.
