How To: Hard Reset/Factory Reset T-Mobile G1

Returning your unit to T-Mobile or for any other reason, you wanted to perform factory reset the T-Mobile G1? Here is how to do it:

  • Power off the G1
  • Hold Home Key + End key for 20 seconds or till you see a triangle with an exclamation point and a picture of the G1
  • Open the QWERTY keyboard and hit Alt+W

    My bets are on the Motorola Krave. It has become my new favorite cell phone ever since I started working with Motorola. (motorola.com/krave) It has an extensive list of features, with my favorites being the 2 mp camera and the full touch screen keypad. Definitely worth checking out.
