Best Buy fully ready for Windows 7: locked and loaded

All the Best Buy stores are stocked with new laptops preloaded with Windows 7. These laptops and netbooks are currently behind bars waiting for the October 22 date to come.

By locked, we mean that Windows 7 machines are locked behind cages and by loaded, we mean that the cages have no more space and they are full.

The Best Buy can, although sell you the Windows 7 machines before Oct 22, but they would fined $5000 per salesperson, if anything like that happens.

In case, you see any empty counters at Best Buy, it is due to the fact that all the Vista machines have been sold out prior to the launch of Windows 7.
