Apple Tech Support Getting Sloppy
Apple Care, customers service and tech support in general was always legendary. Lately, not so much. According to Vocalabs the numbers were declining.
Customers complain about long waiting times, and auto responses.
Three year study shows that Apple customers service is sinking to the levels of their competitors’. Customers’ satisfaction levels fell to 53% from whopping 73% in 2010. All this sounds bad of course, we as customers want to always leave with a big smile on our faces knowing we have been looked after and our problems addressed. On the other hands Apple help lines still outweigh competitors. Just not by a huge margin.
