ASRock Core 100HT nettop launched
Asrock has rolled-out a new nettop in the market called the ASrock Core HT. Compared to the Asrock’s Atom powered nettops, the Core 100HT is powered by the Core i-series processor (Core i3, i5 or i7) which yield much more performance compared to the Atom nettops. The nettops has VGA, HDMI, and S/PDIF ports, as well as 7.1 channel audio output. There are slots for both hard disk and RAM (2x), but none come with the package. Clearly, this is designed to be a home theater PC rather than a nettop you would gift your mom (or dad).
