		<description>I figured it out... a little more information would be helpful.  First, on a default install dkms is not installed on ubuntu:

sudo apt-get install dkms

Next, on the link to Matt&#039;s page, it doesn&#039;t contain the &quot;Adding this PPA to your system&quot; area.  That is found here: 

https://launchpad.net/~matt-price/+archive/mattprice

I don&#039;t know if it is necessary, but I added his ppa to my sources using:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:matt-price/mattprice

and then ran the update:

sudo apt-get update

Hope this helps someone.
