Want to try Android on your netbook or notebook? –Try Live Android
LiveAndroid is a special project where the developers are working diligently on porting Android OS to run on all x86 platform. Version 0.2 of LiveAndroid was released a few days back and it can be run on a netbook/notebook without actual installation. So, all you have to do is burn the ISO to a CD and you are done.
Want to give Google Android a try, but don’t feel like buying a T-Mobile G1? LiveAndroid lets you download a LiveCD disc image of the Google Android operating system. Just burn the image to a disc, stick it in a CD-ROM drive, and reboot your computer and you can check out Android without installing it or affecting any files on your PC.
If you have a peculiar affection for Android OS, you can give it a go. Although I still have not thought of buying an Android netbook in future, but by using Live Android, one can try out some of the features of Android OS without buying myself one.
