Note that you require one of these operating systems to run the BIOS update – Windows 7 (32-bit), Vista (32-bit) or Windows XP.

Change log:

1) Intel Virtualization technology (allows you run Windows XP mode in Windows 7 professional or ultimate)
2) Better CPU performance optimization
3) Improved password handling (?)
4) Better stability
