Samsung N310 model lands in Singapore with different and beefier specs
In the US, it is being sold with an Atom N270 processor and Wi-Fi (b/g ONLY). But, the lucky guys at Singapore will be getting the N310 with beefier specs. It comes with an Atom N280 processor and Draft N Wi-Fi. We are doubtful about its battery capacity though: whether it is a 4 cell or 6 cell battery.
Some other Samsung netbooks also get the better processor: Atom N280 processor.
We think that all the netbooks should be equipped with the latest N280 CPU and draft-N WiFi. It is pity that Samsung is still the N310 with older N270 processor.

I bought the N310 in Singapore in October. The six cell battery gives me over 9hours. It is a great netbook and just wish I had bought another two form family.
I have tried to buy the same Netbook in the UK and have been unable to find one with the six cell battery. I was informed that Samsung has dumped all the 4 cell models into the UK hoping they will all be sold within the next two months. I would advise you all to wait for the upgraded model to be put on the uk market.
