No ASUS EEE PC 1001P before March 2010
Proudly wearing a matte screen and sporting a sea-shell design, the ASUS EEE 1001P won’t be available anytime before March 2010.
The ASUS EEE 1001P comes with Microsoft Windows XP, Atom N450 1.66GHz CPU, 1GB RAM, 160GB HDD, 6-cell 4400mAh battery, 0.3MP webcam. Weighing at 1.27kg, it will cost you 259 Euro. Asus is claiming 8.5 hours with just 4400mAh battery. Highly doubt that.

You guys need to brush up on your info gathering. The 1001P is already out (a couple models of it), and no, it comes with Windows 7 Starter, not WinXP.
